The White Finishing is a pop-up sponge made with a tight-cell material and is less absorbent than the Blue Workhorse. It is excellent for finishing work, final detailing, and clean-up of surfaces. This MudSponge won’t pull out grog or other materials in the clay body. Think of it like a chamois sponge.

While natural sponges have been used by potters for years, their quality can be inconsistent. To be more mindful of the long-term impact of the materials we use on the planet, MudSponges are made from biodegradable, eco-friendly material that is highly durable.

Each MudSponge is shipped compressed to save space—and to add a bit of fun as it expands when first dipped in water.
